A: If the payment amount is ≤ US$1,000, full prepayment is required; if the amount is ≥ US$1,000, 30% T/T is prepaid, and the balance is paid before shipment.

Q: Can samples be provided? Are samples free of charge?
A: We support sample production. Standard samples can be provided free of charge depending on the situation, and special customized parts will be charged accordingly, which can be deducted from the formal order.
