Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, the delivery time for samples is 5-7 days; the delivery time for mass-produced products is 15-35 days, depending on the order quantity and product type.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: If the payment amount is ≤ US$1,000, full prepayment is required; if the amount is ≥ US$1,000, 30% T/T is prepaid, and the balance is paid before shipment.

Q: Can samples be provided? Are samples free of charge?
A: We support sample production. Standard samples can be provided free of charge depending on the situation, and special customized parts will be charged accordingly, which can be deducted from the formal order.
